Our production technology integrates silos, vacuum conveying systems, and computer-controlled minor and macro ingredient measurements that run simultaneously to all lines. Our high speed mixers are capable of mixing 550 pound batches of dough in 60 seconds. Combined with the computer-controlled delivery system, we are capable of loading, mixing and discharging to the proper downstream use-point in about  four minutes.

Our advanced process gives us incredible flexibility to move from one recipe to another. From silo to mixer to oven and into the package, all the way to the finished packed case palletizer, everything is quality-controlled, fully automated, and untouched by human hands.
